<p>I&#8217;m Irish and I have years of renting a property in Valencia, and now I&#8217;m thinking of buying a house for sale in Alicante (Spain), I know how the Spanish property market and I provide basic information of what I do and to consider buying a house now.<br />
Dear reader, thanks for your inquiry.<br />
As the housing market, according to information provided by the Ministry of Housing of Spain, has been an increase in the second quarter of 2010 in terms of home sales of 39.6% (QoQ) nationwide. Valencia (Alicante, Valencia and Castelln) has had a sales increase of 48.2%.<br />
This article is intended to give you and anyone who wants to buy a resale home, general guidance on next steps and what to consider. Not the objective of this paper rural properties, commercial premises, purchases of developer, etc..<br />
First note that despite all the bad press the real estate sales have in some media both Spanish and foreign, the truth and the truth is that the Spanish system is very safe, as long as they obtain appropriate legal advice and relevant checks are made, need not be any problem in buying a property.<br />

3.PRINCIPALES LEGAL CHECKS TO MAKE:<br />
